To help us help you faster:

• Bug reports: the URL you scanned, what you expected, what happened instead, and your browser/device. Screenshots help.
• Report questions: the share link of your report (or the scan ID) and which finding is unclear.
• Feedback: what's missing, what's confusing, what you'd love to see next, all welcome.

What we can't do

• We can't fix your website for you, but your report's Fix now findings come with plain-language remediation steps, and your developer or host can follow them.
• We can't scan a site on your behalf without the permission confirmation, the checkbox on the scan form exists for legal reasons.
• We can't provide emergency incident response. If your site is actively compromised, contact your hosting provider immediately and see our hacked-site guide.
